SHIPPING POLICY
Please understand that I make each and every hand by myself; they are custom and take a significant amount of time to make. Due to increased sales and living with autoimmune disorders, I have to change my turnaround policies and the way I take orders. I will be taking a limited amount of Full-sized hand orders at a time and then closing down orders so I can work on those. Other hand orders I will keep open, but I am asking that you give me at least 6-8 weeks to ship your order...if I flare it may be a little bit longer. The turnaround time will highly depend on where you are on the current list at the time you order. I have to give myself plenty of wiggle room for mishaps and "life". I make these by myself from scratch. I also suffer from autoimmune disorders RA and Hashimotos, which can sometimes flare and cause delays. If I do not answer you right away when you message me, please be patient because I WILL get back with you. I prefer email@glamerliz.com as the best form of communication. Social Media is not my preferred messaging method.

BULK ORDERS DO NOT APPLY TO THE SAME PROCESSING TIMES STATED ABOVE. Bulk orders should be prearranged. Because I need time off too, no orders will be shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. (I will ship an order out on Saturday if your order was delayed for any reason) Upon shipment of your order you will receive notification and tracking information via email. Glamerliz will send your order via USPS Priority Mail that will cost anywhere from $5-15 US dollars, depending on total package weight; this does give tracking information. Estimated delivery is 2-3 business days. Keep in mind that does not include processing time. PLEASE NOTE: I use USPS to ship your orders. for further information on their policies please visit www.USPS.com.
Once your item is handed over to the delivery carrier (USPS) for shipment, Glamerliz will NOT be held liable for damaged, stolen, or lost items due to the negligence of the delivery carrier. Should any of these problems arise, you are to file a claim with the postal service. I will help in any way I can, but please keep in mind that I cannot keep track of every single order that ships out. I ask that you take the initiative to contact your local postal carrier first should any of these problems arise. PLEASE NOTE: From time-to-time shipping delays can occur for unforseen reasons, i.e. inclimate weather, PO Boxes, or Apt numbers. Glamerliz is not responsible for shipment delays, as it is out of my hands once your order is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do offer international shipping through USPS Priority Mail International, which includes detailed tracking and free insurance up to $200 value. The cost of shipping will be calculated by USPS at time of checkout based on the weight of your order. Expected delivery is 6-10 business days to many major destinations. (note: this does not mean ALL destinations)

Please be aware of your countries policies and laws regarding extra customs or taxes.
We are not responsible for any additional customs, tariffs, or taxes applied during international shipping. All other shipping policies are the same as United States Domestic services. (See the above shipping policy).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds at this time. I spend an incredible amount of time making these practice hands and returning a custom made item is not feasible. Please make absolutely sure about the color you choose. Please make sure to look at every picture on this site and @glamerliz on instagram so you can see the hands in different lighting and settings. Ask questions if you have any doubts on your color.

DISCLAIMER: All sales are final. However, if you need to cancel your order you may do so as long as I have not started making your hand (within 2-3 days). You must do this by contacting me via email or through my website.

Should you damage your hand in any way, ie...by filing, gluing, ripping, or tearing of the silicone I am not responsible. If you are located inside the United States I would be happy to repair your hand as best as I can free of charge (you cover shipping costs) or you can purchase the silicone glue I use. UPDATES ON ORDERS
I understand wanting an update on your order, but I ask that you at least allow me the time I asked for before asking for an update. In the past I have tried to give the updates people ask for, but end up telling them a time frame that I could not keep because I miscalculated. Its difficult to give exact days of shipment because I do jump around on the order list...I have explained why on many social media posts. when ten people order right hands, then a few order a left hand then it only makes sense that the left hands would be completed before all the right hands, so this means someone who ordered before someone else may get their order first. Hope all that makes sense.
I have customers asking for updates a week after they order, then the next week, etc; this is just too much and only stresses me out.
